Engineers have reported that functionality should be restored for all customers. We will continue to monitor to ensure there are no lingering effects.

On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at approximately 06:56 PT (13:56 UTC), Marqeta was notified of an issue affecting transaction dispute management in the Marqeta Dashboard. Users may be unable to load the dispute detail page in MQD, the page gets stuck on 'Loading...' indefinitely when opening dispute links from the Transaction disputes or User disputes panels. Our team is actively investigating the root cause.

A follow-up notification with more detail will be sent within 30 minutes.
