On October 22, 2026, between approximately 9:52 AM and 9:56 AM PT, some API requests originating from the us-west-2 region experienced timeouts. The cause was outside of Marqeta's environment. The issue resolved on its own and our services are operating normally, with no ongoing customer impact. We will continue to monitor the environment for some time to ensure stability. We are also working with our provider to better understand what happened, and we will share more information if it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
