Identified - Issue was identified to be an internal service traffic issue that is impacting some of the file processing on Visa network, and Engineering team is currently working on developing a fix to address the reporting and clearing services issue. In the mean time, we are processing existing visa network files at reduced capacity.

Monitoring - At 13:20 PT, Marqeta's team deployed a hot fix to mitigate the impact and solve the issue with Dispute services ,and post deployment service verification showed steady gradual rebound along with multiple service verifications with our customers. Engineering teams are still engaged for service close monitoring tell end of business day.
