Monitoring - An internal network process was in a degraded state that resulted in a failure to respond to a subset of customer requests. Less than 0.6% of API traffic was affected. The process has been identified and remediated. We continue to monitor our environment for any abnormality.

Resolved - An edge router was required to failover, the failover took longer than expected, and there was a ~3 minute outage. The routers are currently operating correctly. We will take action to understand why the failover was not instantaneous.

The outage affected all production API and some limited authorization traffic for those customers served by this router from 11:55am - 11:58am GMT
