Investigating - We can see a drop in token status change requests from Visa across all programs between 3:15 PT and 3:40 PT. Our Team is investigating the issue with the highest priority with Visa Support being involved to get more information.

Identified - We identified that a single clearing file was sent to us this morning by MasterCard containing the clearing transactions from June. All transactions have been posted to customer environments and there are no further transactions to be posted. We are investigating the root cause of this file transmission and also assessing the remediation options.
